On Saturday we went to Lakeshore learning store where they were having a birthday party for Dr. Seuss. Hailey had her face painted like a cat and made the iconic cat in the hat red and white striped hat. We didn't have our camera with us so Mark took these pictures with his cell phone. It's not the best quality, but it's better than nothing.
